  • Programming skills
  • Experience in TCAD software is advantageous

Job Description: The Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome Tor Vergata is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Italian national PRIN project “DONORS.” The project focuses on studying silicon-based devices functioning as in-material computational units through the modelling and simulation of electronic transport in random dopant networks. The successful candidate will contribute to this groundbreaking research for a one-year duration.
