PostDoc PhD and MSc Positions: The Chair of Experimental Solid State Physics at LMU Munich, led by Prof. Dr. Dmitri K. Efetov, is at the forefront of advancing two-dimensional (2D) quantum materials, such as moiré graphene, and their applications. We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates for PostDoc, PhD, and MSc positions to join our international projects Super (Keele foundation), FLATS (EU Honzon), and Supertwist (ERC Starting Grant). These positions aim to explore and engineer exotic quantum effects in novel 2D material platforms and their hetero-structures, with a focus on strongly correlated, superconducting, magnetic, and topological electron phases. The research will contribute to the development of quantum sensing applications and open new pathways for novel functionalities and applications in the field of quantum technologies.
