Eligibility/Qualification:
- A PhD degree or equivalent in a relevant electrical engineering or applied physics discipline.
- More than three years of research experience is preferred.

- Proficiency in using scientific and engineering software such as MATLAB, CST, and ADS is advantageous.
Job Description:
The Postdoc position is part of the prestigious PHARA (Phased Array Radar for Atmospheric Research) project, supported by the Dutch Research Council NWO. The role involves:
- Reviewing existing research on beamforming active array antennas, particularly focusing on polarization purity.
- Analyzing current techniques and technologies to enhance polarization purity and identifying research gaps.
- Developing mathematical models to predict polarization behavior in array antennas.

- Fabricating prototype arrays and conducting experimental measurements to validate results.
