Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, kinesiology, or related biomedical science field
- Experience in manuscript preparation and submission
- Desirable experience in virtual reality, Matlab, EEGLAB, EEG, and motion analysis
Job Description:
- Conduct research using high-density EEG to monitor brain activity in older adults during a navigation task in virtual reality
- Work on a currently funded NIH project focusing on identifying neural correlates of cognitive-motor impairments in aging
- Analyze electrocortical dynamics related to changes in navigation performance
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in cutting-edge research in cognitive neuroscience
