Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a closely related field
- Strong experience in analyzing high-throughput omics data, including transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python
- Familiarity with machine learning and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in publishing scientific research
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in immunology
- Experience in analyzing immune repertoire sequencing data
- Knowledge of relevant bioinformatics tools and databases in immunology
Job Description:
