Job Description
The role involves identifying signals that trigger neurogenesis within MS lesions using advanced techniques such as single-nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial imaging. The applicant will also replicate neurogenic processes using MS-iPSC-derived oligodendrocyte precursor cells. Candidates should possess expertise in bioinformatic analysis, cell culture, and human iPSCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze single-nucleus RNAseq data.
- Generate spatial imaging and transcriptomic profiles at subcellular resolution.
- Replicate neurogenic processes using derived OPCs.
- Investigate relationships between lesions, neuropathological, and clinical parameters.
