Eligibility / Qualification

  • PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in electrochemistry and/or catalysis is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills are essential.

Description

The role involves assembling and validating modular electrocatalytic reactors, analyzing the degradation processes of catalysts and electrodes, leading synchrotron campaigns, and developing electrode architecture for enhanced durability. This position is part of an international collaborative project focusing on the electrocatalytic conversion of CO2 into sustainable products.
