Job Description: The Department of Environmental Microbiology at the University of Stuttgart is offering a 3-year Postdoctoral Researcher position in the field of Environmental Microbiology. The successful candidate will lead and participate in field campaigns, conduct lab experiments, explore new research directions, and communicate findings through reports and publications. Additionally, they will collaborate with the research team, supervise students, and optionally teach at the BSc and MSc levels.
Eligibility/Qualification: To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- A Ph.D. in microbiology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in microbiology, microbial ecology, and molecular biology techniques.
