Doctoral DegreeIn Chemistry, Materials Science, or relevant field, completed no more than three years prior to the application deadline
Language ProficiencyFluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience Required– Design and synthesis of binders for batteries or other applications
– Battery slurry preparation and characterization
– Electrode processing and dry electrode coating
Other SkillsStrong collaboration and communication skills, motivation, and the ability to achieve high-quality results

Job Description

As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:

  • Develop new binder systems for electrode processing.
  • Synthesize and modify binders for innovative manufacturing processes.
  • Balance fundamental research with practical, application-driven work.
  • Conduct independent research and collaborate with others in the research group.
  • Supervise Master’s and/or PhD students (no teaching required).
  • Collaborate with academic and industrial partners.
  • Develop scientific concepts and communicate results effectively in English.
