Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems and Operations Research.
- Proven experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis of power systems using software tools (e.g., OpenDSS, PandaPower, PSCAD).
- Strong skills in mathematical modeling and optimization, programming (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C++, etc.).
- Familiarity with simulation tools (HIL, RTDS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a capability to present results effectively and publish in international journals.
Job Description:
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Lead research integration and coordination within the SLDbatt project.
- Engage in modeling, simulation, and optimization across various LDES technologies.
- Provide techno-economic insights for real-life applications to accelerate deployment.
- Collaborate closely with a second postdoctoral researcher focused on converter designs.
- Contribute to joint publications and stakeholder engagement.
