Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Structural Biology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Strong experience in solution NMR and wet lab work
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Independent, creative, and dependable
- Several publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record in NMR-based structural biology is preferred
Job Description:
The postdoc will investigate the structure and regulation of the main transcriptional regulator of drug efflux in Candida auris: Tac1b. The project will involve:
- Protein expression and purification
- Advanced chemical biology
- Collection and analysis of NMR data for protein structure, interactions, and dynamics
- Collaboration with the lab of Haribabu Arthanari at Harvard Medical School
- Presenting research findings at local and international conferences
