Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in computational sciences, physics, biophysics, or a related field
- Strong interest in the theory and methods of cryo-electron microscopy and image analysis
- Experience in computational image analysis
- Knowledge of classical or machine learning approaches to image analysis
Job Description: The selected Postdoc will have the following responsibilities:
- Developing theoretical frameworks and computational tools for image analysis of cryo-electron microscopy data
- Applying classical or machine learning approaches to image analysis
- Collaborating with a vibrant research community and utilizing state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy facilities and image analysis resources
- Contributing to scientific publications and presentations
- Engaging in scientific discussions and attending relevant conferences
