Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in polymer chemistry, preferably with experience in photopolymerization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, curious, and autonomous.
Job Description: The recruited Postdoc will:
- Conduct a literature review on biobased epoxy resins and their applications.
- Characterize the current oil-based epoxy resin used by PROTAVIC.
- Examine available industrial biobased epoxy resins derived from renewable sources.
- Evaluate chemical (UV-curing) and physical properties (viscosity, adhesion, Tg) relevant to the application.
- Work collaboratively on establishing formulations and studying the UV-irradiation curing process.
- Characterize photo-cured materials (adhesion, Tg, shore hardness).
