Postdoc Positions in Comparative Genomics: The Hiller Lab at the LOEWE Center for Translational Biodiversity Genomics (TBG) in Frankfurt, Germany is offering two openings for a PhD student and/or a Postdoc to work on the BATPROTECT project.   • Job Description: The successful candidates will be part of the BATPROTECT project, focusing on assembling new reference-quality bat genomes using advanced sequencing techniques and analyzing comparative transcriptomic datasets to uncover the genomic basis of exceptional healthspans and disease tolerance in bats. The work also involves phylogenomics, comparative screenings, and identifying key molecular targets for functional validation.
