Postdoc Research Fellow: The University College London (UCL) Chemistry Department is seeking a Research Fellow to lead the development of spectroscopic techniques for studying intramolecular interactions in host-guest complexes. This role involves working on an EPSRC-funded project in collaboration with Drs. John Lee and Cally Haynes at UCL and Dr. Anna McConnell at the University of Siegen. Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in spectroscopy.
- Experience in ultrafast optical techniques or X-ray spectroscopy is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Programming experience is beneficial.
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyze experiments.
- Willingness to work at UCL laboratories and international synchrotron and X-ray free-electron lasers.
- Salary range: £40,524 – £48,763 per annum (including London Allowance of £4,500 p.a.).
