- Experience with nanopores and single-molecule techniques is highly desirable
- A strong experimental background and eagerness to contribute to high-level research

Job Description:
The successful candidate will focus on developing schemes for controlled peptide translocation through biological nanopores using electro-osmotic flow generated by DNA origami. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting COMSOL finite-element numerical simulations
- Experimental characterization of analytes in modified nanopores via ion current measurements, alongside AFM, TEM, and DIB measurements
