We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to contribute to cutting-edge work in nanoscale electronic devices within our Materials Physics Department.

Eligibility/Qualification: To be eligible, applicants must have a PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, or related physical/chemical sciences. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Job Description: The successful candidate will focus on materials and device fabrication, along with electrical and physical characterization of novel nanoscale electronic devices, including memristors. Emphasis will be on understanding atomic-scale mechanisms of device operation. The position requires onsite work at Sandia Livermore.
