- Organocatalysis

Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Associate will work under the guidance of Principal Investigator Dr. Jeffrey Lipshultz. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research on novel approaches to visible light-driven redox catalysis in organic synthesis.
- Employing spectroscopic tools (UV-Vis, NMR, EPR) to study radical generation and reactivity.
- Performing synthesis, purification, and characterization of small organic molecules.
- Optimizing synthetic organic transformations.
- Participating in manuscript writing for scientific publications and presentations.
- Mentoring graduate and undergraduate students.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Attending scientific conferences and meetings.
