Postdoctoral Associate at Boston University: Dr. Mohsan Saeed’s laboratory at Boston University’s National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL) is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate for a project focusing on the interplay between proteases and antiviral immunity. The candidate will explore the molecular details of how flaviviruses utilize their proteases to influence antiviral defense mechanisms in humans and mosquitoes. The research will involve advanced proteomics, stem cell-derived virus infection models, and modern molecular biology techniques, including CRISPR/Cas9, proximity-labeling analysis, single-cell RNA sequencing, and high-resolution cell imaging. The project’s strong foundation provides an excellent platform for high-quality publications.

Designation: Postdoctoral Associate

Research Area: Interplay between Proteases and Antiviral Immunity, Molecular Biology, Virology

Location: Boston University, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL)
