Job Summary: The Postdoctoral Associate will work on the development of new algorithms and data encodings, collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and other engineers, deploy software for real-world applications, and develop front-end applications for the genomics community. The position supports in-person work but also allows for remote work.

Qualifications:

  • PhD degree in computer science, mathematics, bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Python, Rust, C, or C++.
  • Proficiency in a Linux environment.
  • Proficiency in developing modern machine learning architectures.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and natural language processing methods.
