Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in cell and tissue engineering
- Proficiency in biomedical engineering, biomaterials, bioprinting, immunoengineering, and cell biology
- Experience in microfabrication, 3D printing/bioprinting, biomaterials fabrication, and host-microbiome interactions preferred
- Minimum of one 1st author publication in a peer-reviewed journal related to bioprinting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Description: As a Postdoctoral Associate, you will lead and contribute to independent and collaborative research projects utilizing 3D bioprinting technology. Projects will involve the creative application of patient-derived organoids and cell lines to replicate healthy and diseased human organs. Additionally, you will integrate bioprinting with organ-on-chip platforms to advance functional organ-level tissues. The role will entail close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and professionals in bioengineering, biology, immunology, microbiology, and clinical research.
