Eligibility/Qualification
- Education: Ph.D. in microbiology, chemical biology, biochemistry, biological engineering, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience:
- Strong experimentalist with project-level orientation and commitment.
- Expertise in designing and interpreting complex experiments involving microbes and compounds.
- Team-oriented with the ability to share workload and credit.
- Capable of coordinating in dynamic interdisciplinary and inter-institutional environments.

- Proficient in statistical analysis and interpretation of large-scale datasets.
- Experience with microbial culture, automated microscopy, and molecular assay design.

Job Description
The selected Postdoctoral Associate will:
- Utilize the kChip droplet microfluidic platform to discover new molecular entities.
- Collaborate deeply with the Antimicrobial Discovery Center and other project teams within the ARPA-H DARTS program.
- Lead aspects of microfluidics, data collection, and analysis.
- Partner with Dr. Blainey and other collaborating groups to advance the project and meet reporting requirements.
- Potentially supervise up to 2 other researchers.
- Contribute to additional applications of the kChip and other technological platforms.
