Postdoctoral Associate – Computational Biology: The Morgridge Institute for Research, in affiliation with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Computational Biology to develop innovative data analysis tools and apply them to large biomedical datasets. The successful candidate will join the Stewart laboratory and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance understanding in human biology.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Proven research productivity demonstrated by publications.
- Experience in biomedical text mining, machine learning, natural language processing, RNA-seq or other omics analysis, or similar.
- Ability to build integrative models across multiple data types.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Description: The selected candidate will:
- Develop novel computational data analysis tools.
- Integrate multiple data types, including RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and biomedical text datasets.
- Support existing hypotheses and generate new ones, identifying new areas for exploration in biomedicine.
- Collaborate with wet lab researchers.
- Contribute to the overall goal of understanding human biology.
