Research Area
The focus of this research position is to investigate the interactions among different DNA repair activities and to understand how these interactions affect the biological consequences of exposure to DNA damage. The lab will utilize advanced techniques, including 2-photon microscopy and spatial transcriptomics.

Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Associate in the Engelward Lab, you will be responsible for:
- Performing mouse husbandry for several mouse strains
- Developing techniques to visualize clonally expanded cells using 2-photon microscopy in collaboration with TissueVision
- Handling and treating mice with N-nitrosadimethylamine
- Conducting spatial transcriptomics
- Studying mutagenesis and carcinogenesis
- Preparing figures and drafts of scientific manuscripts
