Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the Postdoctoral Research Associate include:
- Conducting research in synthetic organic and organometallic chemistry.
- Synthesizing, purifying, and characterizing new mitochondrial targeting agents based on main group elements, particularly boron and Group 15 elements.
- Publishing research findings and demonstrating research excellence.
- Assisting in grant writing and publishing original work.
- Supporting teaching activities and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Managing a synthetic chemistry laboratory, including oversight of lab instrumentation.
