Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in cell biology, molecular biology, biophysics, biomedical engineering, or related field of study.
- Prior research experience in at least two of the following areas: pluripotent stem cell biology and differentiation, advanced microscopy, genome editing, and proteomics.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with R, Python, or similar statistical packages.
- Experience with proteomics data analyses and bioinformatics.
Job Description: The selected candidate will work as part of a collaborative group with access to world-class scientists in pluripotent stem cell biology, 3-dimensional organoids/microtissue assays, super-resolution microscopy, and structural biology. The research will focus on mechanisms of sarcomere assembly and function using human pluripotent stem cell technology. The candidate is expected to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a productive team across continents.
