Postdoctoral Associate – Ucar Lab: The Ucar lab at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Associate to investigate the epigenomes of human immune cells in the context of aging and diseases, including COVID-19. The successful candidate will utilize genomics, bioinformatics, systems biology, and immunology approaches to understand the disruption of epigenetic regulation in gene expression programs due to genetics and the environment.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Prior experience in conducting and publishing research.
- A Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Applied Math).
- Recent Ph.Ds or those interested in changing disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting genomic data analyses and building computational pipelines and methods when necessary.
- Clearly and concisely conveying information verbally and in written form through manuscripts.
- Attending lab meetings and presenting work to the team.
