Postdoctoral Associate- Virginia Institute: The Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS), William & Mary, invites applications for the RAISE Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. Job Description: The selected Postdoctoral Research Associates will undergo training in research, teaching, and governance competencies essential for tenure-track academic positions. Emphasis is on building capacity in academia and fostering diversity in marine science. Fellows will work on mutual research interests with a VIMS faculty mentor, engage in professional development, and contribute to the academic community.
