Job Description
- Lead scientific projects addressing tumor heterogeneity and treatment resistance
- Conduct end-to-end data analysis including quality control, processing, visualization, and interpretation
- Analyze single-cell RNA-seq and single-nucleus ChIP-seq datasets
- Execute high-dimensional and integrative ‘omic’ data analysis
- Develop methods to investigate treatment resistance mechanisms
