Eligibility/Qualification

  • Recent PhD in Bioinformatics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Strong foundation in genomics, cancer biology, and statistics
  • Proven track record of creativity in analytical strategy development
  • Experience with high-throughput sequencing data and statistical analysis in R
  • Desirable: single-cell RNA-seq analysis experience and collaboration with biologists

Job Description

  • Lead scientific projects addressing tumor heterogeneity and treatment resistance
  • Conduct end-to-end data analysis including quality control, processing, visualization, and interpretation
  • Analyze single-cell RNA-seq and single-nucleus ChIP-seq datasets
  • Execute high-dimensional and integrative ‘omic’ data analysis
  • Develop methods to investigate treatment resistance mechanisms
