Postdoctoral Diversity and Innovation Scholars The University of New Hampshire (UNH) invites applications for the Postdoctoral Diversity and Innovation Scholars program, aimed at supporting the professional development, excellence, diversity, and inclusion of underrepresented groups of postdoctoral scholars. This program offers a unique two-year professional development experience, preparing scholars for subsequent tenure-track faculty positions. Postdoctoral positions are available in various disciplines, providing opportunities for diverse research experiences.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Completed doctoral degree or terminal degree in the last five years by July 1 of the award year.
  • Strong commitment to diversity and equity in the discipline.
  • Background and scholarship that contribute to the diversity of the campus community.

Job Description: Postdoctoral scholars will engage in a two-year professional development experience, participating in nationally recognized faculty development programs. The program includes mentored research experiences with senior faculty, summer UNH Writing Academy, and monthly cohort-based experiences. Scholars will also have access to workshops on teaching and learning, along with membership in NCFDD (National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity). The aim is to foster excellence, diversity, and inclusion within the academic community.
