Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in tumour immunology or basic immunology
- Strong understanding of cancer immunology
- Hands-on experience with cell culture of patient-derived primary immune cells and tumor cells
- Experience with in vitro T-cell reactivity screening (high throughput desirable)
- Knowledge of cloning and lentiviral TCR transduction of primary T cells
- Desirable: Experience with single cell RNA/TCR sequencing data analysis
Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
- Collaborate within the Turajlic lab and other groups at the Francis Crick Institute
- Liaise and coordinate between project collaborators (dry and wet lab)
- Understand tumour biology and immunobiology sufficient to propose novel ideas
- Record and present analyses clearly in data summaries and reports
- Attend group meetings to report research results
- Contribute to scientific dissemination through publications and presentations
- Lead your own projects while guiding PhD students
