Eligibility-
PhD in Plant biology, Plant Biotechnology, Genetics or allied subject areas from reputed institutes. Demonstrated publication record with first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals. The candidate should possess strong technical skills in molecular biology, genetics, computational biology and bioinformatics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
| Desirable Qualification/Experience | Demonstrated expertise in plant epigenetics Hands-on experience with chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and next-generation sequencing approaches such as ChIP-seq Experience in RNA-seq data generation and analysis, including differential gene expression and pathway analysis Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and pipelines for analysis of epigenomic and transcriptomic datasets Experience with advanced molecular biology techniques Strong scientific communication skills and ability to present at international conferences Eligibility: PhD in Plant biology, Plant Biotechnology, Genetics or allied subject areas from reputed institute/university |
