Job Description:
The successful candidate will execute research projects assigned by the Principal Investigator, Dr. Loren Gragert. The role includes:

  • Developing software and workflows for immunogenetic analysis.
  • Conducting genetic association studies and building population genetic models.
  • Analyzing HLA immunogenetics and antibody data in solid organ allocation and transplant outcomes.
  • Maintaining detailed records of experiments and protocols.
  • Assisting in lab management and mentorship of trainees.
