Job Description:
The successful candidate will execute research projects assigned by the Principal Investigator, Dr. Loren Gragert. The role includes:
- Developing software and workflows for immunogenetic analysis.
- Conducting genetic association studies and building population genetic models.
- Analyzing HLA immunogenetics and antibody data in solid organ allocation and transplant outcomes.
- Maintaining detailed records of experiments and protocols.
- Assisting in lab management and mentorship of trainees.
