Eligibility/Qualification
- A PhD in Photovoltaics Engineering or related field
- Strong research background with publications and presentations
- Ability to independently conduct research
- Knowledge in surface recombination and bulk defects in silicon wafers
Job Description
- Develop machine learning algorithms for photovoltaic applications
- Investigate the performance of silicon-based photovoltaic devices
- Engage in scholarly research and activities both nationally and internationally
- Contribute to writing scientific papers and reports for international journals
- Participate in conferences and workshops
- Supervise HDR students and collaborate with industry partners
