Eligibility/Qualification
- Essential:
- PhD in a relevant subject area or on track to be awarded within 6 months.
- Proven ability to deliver research projects and a track record of research excellence.
- Experience with statistical techniques, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Knowledge of Python and core data science libraries (e.g., Sci-Kit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Additional for Senior Postdoctoral Fellow:
- Strong publication record and proven ability to work independently.
- Strong influencing skills for internal and external engagements.
Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will join the Lotfollahi Group, comprised of ML researchers, computational biologists, and clinicians. Your role will involve leading or contributing to projects in the following areas:
- Development of AI tools for single-cell genomics and tissue biology.
- Exploring the intersection of AI and biological data to decode cellular systems.
- Collaborating closely with the Human Cell Atlas and international research leaders.
