Job Description:
The EAZPOD Programme offers projects at the forefront of cutting-edge computational biology in oncology. The 2024 projects focus on the following areas:
- Dissecting the multicellular coordinated processes of cancer cell persistence from single-cell data.
- Partners: Julio Saez-Rodriguez and Ricardo Ramirez Flores (EMBL-EBI), Pedro Moreno and Martin Miller (AstraZeneca).
- DELPHI: Drug-Disease Interactions and Clinical Trial Applications.
- Partners: Ewan Birney and Tom Fitzgerald (EMBL-EBI), Martin Miller (AstraZeneca).
Successful candidates will have access to scientific expertise, well-equipped computational facilities, and an active seminar programme. The position is a 3-year project-based contract with a stipend of £3,307 per month after tax but excluding pension & insurances.
