Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop an independent research direction within the lab’s interests, particularly focusing on gene expression.
  • Write manuscripts and communicate results through talks and posters at scientific meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Engage actively in personal development and participate in the Postdoctoral Fellow community.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Proven ability to deliver research projects and excellence in relevant areas.
  • Familiarity with chromatin and gene expression research.
  • Strong quantitative/computational skills and bioinformatics expertise.
  • Experience with mammalian tissue culture and current gene editing techniques (e.g., CRISPR).
  • Background in core molecular biology techniques (e.g., RT-qPCR, RNA/DNA extraction).
