Job Description: The Postdoctoral Fellow will work in the Archer Lab at NIEHS and focus on investigating genetic and epigenetic determinants of induced pluripotency. The lab has generated a diverse cohort of patient-derived fibroblasts and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to study how individual differences impact personalized medicine approaches. Extensive epigenomic datasets, including single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq, are being generated across the cohort. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing research and lead independent projects.
