Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, chemistry, microbiology, or related field
- Less than 5 years of postdoctoral experience
- Proficiency in Python, R, Bash, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience in handling large-scale biological datasets, preferably in metabolomics data analysis
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be involved in identifying metabolites produced by the gut microbiome, with a focus on enzymatic reactions of gut bacteria. Responsibilities include exploring metabolic outputs, deciphering metabolic pathways, and understanding interactions within the gut ecosystem.
