Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed a doctoral degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (recognized as equivalent to a Norwegian PhD)
- Expertise in knowledge representations, designing decision support systems, similarity metrics, and machine learning
- Strong programming skills with experience in data-driven experiments, including data processing, model building, and validation
- Ability to formulate a research plan addressing fairness problems in AI and DSS
Job Description:
- Design and develop a software for a decision support system for recruitment
- Contribute to the deliverables of the BIAS project
- Participate in relevant project activities
- Prepare scientific journal articles and conference papers
- Collaborate with PhD candidates and master’s thesis students
