Eligibility/Qualification: Applicants should hold a PhD in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Experience with computational fluid dynamics, numerical simulation, and scientific computing is essential. Previous exposure to lattice Boltzmann methods, multiphase flow, and high-performance computing is advantageous. Strong communication skills are required for collaboration across institutions and dissemination of research.
Job Description: The successful candidate will develop a numerical model using lattice Boltzmann methodology to compute interfacial flow phenomena with weak compressibility. Responsibilities include deriving mathematical models, conducting numerical experiments, and evaluating predictive capabilities. Collaboration with multiple institutions and active participation in international research dissemination are integral to the role.
