Eligibility/Qualification:
- Hold a Ph.D. in environmental health, environmental engineering, computational/molecular biology, or a related field
- Experience with laboratory or bioinformatic methods
- Prior mentoring and collaborative experience preferred
Job Description:
- Research projects include wastewater surveillance for bacterial/fungal targets, studying pathogens in open sewage canals, microbiome engineering to reduce healthcare-associated infections, and examining changes in built environment microbiology post extreme weather events.
- Lead and launch various ongoing projects.
- Mentor PhD and MPH students, contribute to collaborative research initiatives.
- Participate in grant writing and career development activities.
