Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Hold a Swedish doctoral degree or an equivalent degree from another country.

  • Background in both machine learning and computational chemistry/biophysics preferred.

Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Fellow will contribute to the collaborative project focused on multiscale simulations and machine learning applied to membrane protein function. Main responsibilities include developing and applying machine-learning methods to predict the biological reactivity and functional dynamics of membrane proteins responsible for energy transduction in mitochondria. The candidate will work closely with Prof. Ville Kaila’s Lab (Stockholm) and collaborate with Dr. Simon Olsson Lab (Chalmers), integrating computational, biochemical, biophysical, and structural data.
