Eligibility / Qualification

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Expertise in Adversarial Machine Learning, Secure AI, or related research areas.
  • PhD degree must have been awarded within the last five years prior to appointment.
  • Strong programming and experimental research skills.
  • Demonstrated research experience in machine learning, cybersecurity, privacy, or allied domains.
  • Strong publication record in leading venues such as ICML, NeurIPS, AAAI, ICLR, IEEE SaTML, USENIX Security, IEEE S&P, and IEEE TPAMI, or clear potential to publish at this level.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and contribute to high-impact projects.
  • Proof of language proficiency for international applicants.

Job Description

The selected Postdoctoral Fellow will:

  • Conduct advanced research in Secure AI and Adversarial Machine Learning.
  • Collaborate closely with Dr. Roozbeh Razavi-Far and TSAI Lab researchers.
  • Develop novel attack and defense techniques for machine learning systems.
  • Participate in collaborative research projects with leading European research groups.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier international conferences and journals.
  • Contribute to ongoing funded projects while building an independent research profile.
  • Help advance research in AI security, privacy, and trustworthy machine learning.
