Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed a Norwegian doctoral degree or equivalent in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Materials Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong academic background with expertise in materials synthesis, processing, and characterization.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
Job Description:
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
- Conduct materials and electrochemical battery research, particularly focusing on engineering composite cathodes in solid-state batteries.
- Chemically and microstructurally engineer, integrate, and test various combinations of solid electrolytes and cathode materials.
- Utilize advanced characterization tools such as Plasma FIB SEM, TOF-SIMS, and TEM for analysis.
- Collaborate with Professor Dr. Daniel Rettenwander and other team members.
