Research Area
This project focuses on the fundamental questions of tissue organization and gene regulation mechanisms during CNS development and repair, utilizing state-of-the-art spatially resolved genomic technologies.

Eligibility/Qualification
- A completed doctorate or foreign degree deemed equivalent.
- Relevant experience in molecular biology, method development, and, preferably, bioinformatics.
- A strong publication record demonstrating research independence.
- Desired experience in next-generation sequencing technologies and computational analysis related to spatial genomic techniques.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python) for data analysis is advantageous.
Job Description
The successful applicant will:
- Develop and apply spatial genomics technologies (transcriptomics, epigenomics, multiomics) to study cellular and gene regulatory mechanisms in CNS pathology and repair.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment involving stem cell biology, systems biology, computational biology, and mouse models of disease.
- Conduct innovative research aimed at identifying molecular programs underlying pathological cell states.
