Eligibility/Qualification:

- Desirable: Experience with insect or mammalian cell expression systems
- Strong record of peer-reviewed publications
Job Description:
- Design and carry out experiments for expression, purification, and structural characterization of multi-protein complexes related to innate immune signaling.
- Perform single-particle cryoEM studies utilizing advanced cryoEM infrastructure.
- Analyze protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions through biochemical and biophysical assays (e.g., SEC, native gels, thermal shift assays).
- Design and implement expression strategies for inflammasome-related proteins.
- Conduct structural studies using cryoEM and/or crystallography.
- Collaborate with national and international partners on immunology research projects.
- Contribute to the mentoring of graduate students and junior researchers.
