Postdoctoral Fellow – Innate Cells: The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join the Innate Cells and Th2 Immunity Section within the Laboratory of Allergic Diseases. The successful candidate will investigate fundamental mechanisms underlying airway allergic inflammation using advanced research techniques and mouse models.

Eligibility/Qualifications:
- Required:
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) with less than five years of postdoctoral experience
- Previous experience in immunology, molecular, or cellular biology.
- Preferred:
- Strong publication record
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge in immunology, in vivo animal models, flow cytometry, single-cell analysis, or genome-wide analyses of gene expression.
Job Description:
The NIAID is dedicated to understanding, treating, and preventing infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. The selected candidate will:
- Conduct research on the interactions between innate and adaptive immune cells contributing to airway allergic inflammation.
- Utilize conditional knockout murine models, multi-color flow cytometry, microscopy, RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq), and single-cell technologies.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of researchers and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of allergic diseases.
