Research Area

The research focuses on utilizing Deep Visual Proteomics (DVP) to analyze tissues at single-cell precision, tracking disease progression and understanding the differential impact of metabolic diseases, particularly mitochondrial defects across various cell types.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Omics Fields, or Bioinformatics
  • Wet lab and/or bioinformatics experience
  • Familiarity with omics (especially proteomics), metabolism, or mitochondrial research is advantageous
  • Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Personal suitability and collaborative mindset are essential

Job Description

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in single-cell proteomics using mass spectrometry
  • Analyze and interpret data from human samples and model systems
