โœ… Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Chemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, or related disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge of numerical methods for simulating protein folding and structural analysis
  • Experience with proteins of non-trivial topology
  • Strong computational skills (Python, scientific libraries, Linux)
  • Experience in protein biochemistry, molecular microbiology, protein expression/purification, and kinetic studies
  • Knowledge of crystallographic and cryo-EM methods is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • PhD obtained in EU, EFTA, OECD countries or nostrified by employment date
  • PhD obtained within the last 12 years

  • Develop AI models for designing coiled-coil proteins with non-trivial topology
  • Analyze and validate predicted protein models
  • Develop expression and purification protocols for de novo designed proteins
  • Prepare samples for X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM, participate in structure determination
  • Conduct experiments to study protein stability, free-energy landscapes, and other physicochemical properties
  • Prepare scientific reports, publications, and present research results at conferences

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: 10,500 PLN gross/month + 13th salary annual bonus
